What do I get when I buy a design?

You get the 3D files of the design in every format listed on its product page: STL, 3DM and OBJ where available. A bundle includes the files of every design in it.

Do I need an account?

Yes. An account is required to check out, and your purchases and downloads are kept in it.

How do I download my files?

After payment, open Purchases in your account. Each format has its own download link. Links stay valid for a limited time and each file has a download limit; both are shown next to the links. Reload the page for fresh links.

Can I get a refund?

No. All sales are final, because digital files cannot be returned once delivered. Check the formats, file sizes and license on the product page before you buy.

Which software opens the files?

STL and OBJ are mesh formats that open in most 3D modelling, slicing and printing software. 3DM is the native format of Rhino and opens in Rhino and in other software that reads 3DM files.

How do I pay?

Payment is handled by our payment provider on its secure checkout page. Card details are entered there and never reach us.

What can I do with the files?
